Warranty and Refunds

Please note all machines will come with a six month warranty.

Warranty will not cover you against any wearing tear on cams, this machine does not need any lubrication.

Any machine that is back in for repair will be first tested and completely stripped down for diagnosis. Please note that if there is any issue with the motor we will raise an issue with the motor company and normally have an answer within 14 days as to what happened to the motor.

Replacement motor times can vary.

Please note that if you’re struggling to use a particular rotary that you have purchased by us, we are unable to refund or swap the machine because of this as unfortunately not everyone is going to be able to use every single machine on the market .

Please be aware there is no warranty on grips for wearing tear the only warranty with the grip will be for the mechanical workings .

Please note that machines are just tools for tattooing and also requires great skill to use.
